This mobile app was designed to assist with managing stress and sleeping better. This app offers meditation, sleep stories, breathing programs and relaxing music.

Headspace
A former Buddhist monk created Headspace as a way to help people everywhere learn about medication. People can try it for 10 days to see whether they want to pay for longer use.

Frantic World
A professor of clinical psychology from Oxford, England offers a range of free audio meditations for new and experienced meditators. There is even a fun “chocolate meditation.”

Buddhify
Buddhify offers a fun, gamified approach to creating a meditation practice. Buddhify uses bright, cartoony graphics and simple language, and it’s designed to be used on the go. The app has different settings — home, traveling, walking, gym — so that you can squeeze in a meditation wherever you are, and offers audio and video meditations suited to your current setting.

This mobile-app was designed to help teens and young adults cope with anxiety. It has ideas to help people learn how to relax, develop more helpful ways of thinking, and identify active steps that may help people take charge of their anxiety.

Mind Your Mind
This Canadian website was created just for people like you – teens and young adults. It has lots of info and ideas on how to manage stress.

Teens Health
This is a comprehensive website from Nemours Health that covers many topics that teens deal with on a daily basis. Under the section labeled “for Teens” you can click on the mind tab to explore all of the content related to mental health.

Positive Coping for Health Conditions
This website was made for adults coping with health conditions – just like you! The workbook was created with input from a lot of different health experts…and patients!

Crisis Text Line
You can text HOME to 741741 (in the US) or HOME to 686868 (in Canada) to connect with a crisis counselor 24 hours a day. This text line was designed to offer you support during any type of crisis.

Kids Help Phone (in Canada)
The Canadian Kids Help Phone isn’t just for kids. It also has a whole section for teens. There are links to info about bullying, friends, and dating. You can phone them 24 hours a day. You can also post your questions online.
